ABOUT SAROKI’S CRISPY CHICKEN & PIZZA COMMERCE

The best pizza and crispy chicken in Michigan is now available in Commerce. Opened in December 2025 Commerce joined the Saroki family and is our 22nd location. We only use high quality, fresh ingredients. Our pizza is made with olive oil, not vegetable oil and we never use frozen ingredients.

We are located at the cross roads Commerce Rd. and Union Lake Rd.

Our Commerce menu includes New York Style Pizza, Fried Chicken, Hand-battered Chicken Tenders, Seafood, Subs, and more for takeout and delivery. We even have gluten free crust available!

Hungry and in a hurry? We also carry Fresh Pizza by the slice and stromboli, or you can grab-and-go with a fresh salad, sub, wrap, and more… Our grab-and-go items change daily, based on what local and fresh ingredients we have available. As expediters my husband and I are in a new city almost every day. And the one thing that we don't do is eat chicken out of the gas stations for our own personal reason. But Natalia was so personable, and she gave me a sample tender. Baby that chicken tender was so good I had to order some! I give them a 10 out of 10. Great food and great customer service we will definitely be back when we are in this area again.

We get food from Saroki's Wixom a few times per month. Everything is always delicious and fresh. Chicken isn't too greasy and are healthy pieces of chicken. The calzones are very good, as well as the pizzas. Again, nothing too greasy and always very flavorful. The folks behind the counter have always been friendly as well.
