Initially offering good pizza, Todd Saroki sought to improve the product by studying under master pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani in California. Upon returning, he introduced a pizza that customers love, using high-quality ingredients and brick ovens. Despite experimenting with conveyor ovens, the brand returned to brick ovens to maintain pizza quality. The Saroki brothers remain deeply involved in operations, ensuring consistent quality across all locations.
